Unless otherwise stated, the Young Professionals Forum (YPF) and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the YPF Platforms. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

YPF or its affiliates shall NOT be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the contents, materials, or product as a whole on all our platforms—namely but not limited to the YPF website, mobile apps, and affiliate platforms.

5. Governing Laws
The laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria shall govern any claim, action, dispute, or matter arising out of or in connection with the use of the YPF websites, mobile applications, and affiliate platforms.
